Whilst on a weight loss support website (yes folks, it's that time of the year again) I discovered this marvellous tool - the virtual model you! It's actually designed so that you can shop online for clothes - what you do is put in your height and weight and it creates a virtual you! You can change the hair colour/ stlye eye colour and face shape so that it really looks quite like you... what i did was to put in my current weight and then see what I would look like if I lost the target amount of poundage!

You can even see the view from the side (if you really want to)... I think it's kinda cool. Really helps to motivate (and depress) me!
